Shawnee or Hull Pottery Divided Plate Yellow Glaze

This great divided plate or dish is marked with 3700 USA. I could not find another one to compare it to. It is in excellent condition no chips, cracks or crazing. It is 10 inches across at the handles. Please email me if you know who produced this piece or for additional pictures.
