Prices shown do not include shipping. We always ship the cheapest method, which is usually USPS Parcel Post or FedEx Ground (3-10 day delivery), unless you specifically request 2-day shipping. Please let us know if you have a business address we can ship to because we can usually get you a discounted rate with FedEx.
We accept payment by Cashier's Check, money order,or PayPal. Please wait until we have confirmed availability of items and shipping charges before you send payment.
Items are shipped on the next business day after payment is received. Once you receive your purchase, if you are not satisfied, notify us of your intention to return within 3 days. You have 15 days to return the item for a complete refund. If your return is the result of our error, we will also refund your return shipping cost. Insurance is included in the S&H with all items shipped FEDEX. USPS insurance is extra and recommended and sometimes required on glass items.
