Early Red Staffordshire Transferware Plate.

This delightful red transferware plate in the the exotic pattern of "Belzoni", It is my understanding that this pattern is rather hard to come by. Measuring approximately 9 1/4 inches in diameter, this gently scalloped plate was made between 1818 and 1846, by Enoch Wood and Sons, Staffordshire potter. Condition: Excellent. There are no chips, cracks, lines, repairs,or stains on this beauty! The glaze is very shiny. Must have been rarely used! A perfect addition to your cottage decor or red transferware collection!
