Shipments are shipped after payment has been received and confirmed usually with 5-7 days may vary according to type of payment transaction. Any merchandise that has to be returned you must e-mail us within 3 days of receiving your merchandise. Refunds will be issued excluding shipping, insurance, confirmation and any applicable fees. No refunds for damaged, exchanged or altered merchandise. Must be packed in the original packing materials and in the original box and in the same condition as it was shipped.
If your merchandise was damaged during shipping, please keep all packing and boxes. Please e-mail us immediately so your claim can be filed and processed. Do not mail the merchandise back your merchandise has to be return to the United States Postal Service or UPS to be inspecting.
Shipping, insurance and confirmation number are not included in your SALES PRICE. We ship USPS Priority or UPS. Insurance and confirmation are required on all orders we sell to protect you. Shipping expense is according to your ZIP code.
