This is a round bowl soup spoon/bouillon spoon in the 1938 L. Simeon and George H. Rogers, Oneida Floral II pattern. The bowl of the spoon is 2 1/4" long from tip to curve of handle and is 1 7/8" wide. The total length is 7". This spoon is in very good condition showing only normal wear for a piece of this age.
