Set of six Avon Christmas plates from the series made by Enoch Wedgwood (Tunstall) Ltd., England. 1973 - CHRISTMAS ON THE FARM, 1974 - COUNTRY CHURCH, 1977 - CAROLERS IN THE SNOW, 1978 - TRIMMING THE TREE, 1979 - DASHING THROUGH THE SNOW, 1980 - COUNTRY CHRISTMAS. All of these are block bordered in blue or green shades and trimmed with gold bands. All are in mint condition.
15These are 12 beautiful luncheon dishes from England's Crown Staffordshire is in a lovely pink / lavender / green floral pattern, marked #13445. The maker marking would indicate that these were made prior to 1930. The 12 dishes are in excellent condition.
Although Countryside was sold as dinnerware, this 10 in. diameter plate is very suitable in a hutch display. The background is cream and the beautiful blue design portrays an olde English castle and country hamlet.
This very fine English bone china by Royal Doulton is the green and gold on white Spring Zephyr pattern last made in 1961.
