This 1950's 6 piece place setting is from Universal Potteries BALLERINA line- Ballerina Mist. Universal Potteries, another Ohio company proudly stamped their products "union made".
This set for 4 is from one of the Ohio "pottery" companies- Homer-Laughlin. It is the Eggshell Cavalier Berkshire pattern and consists of 4 five piece place settings of dinner & lunch plates, berry bowl and cup & saucer and large oval platter. This pattern was produced from 1950 through 1970.
Although Countryside was sold as dinnerware, this 10 in. diameter plate is very suitable in a hutch display. The background is cream and the beautiful blue design portrays an olde English castle and country hamlet.
This 12 inch oblong porcelain Victorian celery dish is exquisite. It's base color is white with azure splashes which form leaves. In the center is a hand painted floral and fruit spray. There are 2 other smaller floral "bouquets". The edges are scalloped and "beaded"
This is a 6" tall pitcher creamer.Although it is unmarked, its "fading" pink trim and raised design with colored flowers are typical of the late 1800's to early 1900's. It is in excellent condition

This is a fine Noritake china luncheon service for 8. It is in the vintage retired GLENDON pattern which was produced from 1953 to 1961. The pattern is platinum wheat, platinum trim and verge on a white background. This luncheon service includes 8 dinner plates (10 1/2 in.), 8 salad plates (7 1/2 in.) and 8 fruit bowls (5 5/8 in.).

Hall China introduced FLARE-WARE in the early 1960's by Hall China. Pieces are not easily available. This is a covered vegeatble / serving bowl in the GOLD LACE pattern. It is heavy white pottery decorated with a GOLD star design- typical of the "space age". It is banded in gold. There are no chips or cracks but the gold banding shows wear.
