This is a vintage Cardinal China Company Chip and Dip bowl set. This was made by the Carteret China Company (1940's - 1960's) of New Jersey. It has a 22k warranted gold trim. In the chip "well" 5 separate dip recipes are printed in gold. The dish measures 10"x4" including the attached dip bowl. This Godinger Leaf-Shaped Handled Dish was made of white porcelain. This dish is approximately 8-inches long and 6 3/4-inches wide with a gold rim. There is also a heart outline of blue and dark red pansies, another of green leaves with a floral spray in the center. Aperfect dish for serving her Valentine's candy. The underside of the dish has a red flower under which are I. Godinger & Co. in gold.
