The Hero Shanghai Pen Company was founded in 1933. So it isn't a coincidence that their mainstays resemble old Parkers. The 616 is an aeromatic fill pen that has been made for years. When teaching, I used these fountain pens (cartridge type) to motivate my students to learn to write cursive.
