Art Deco Floral Covered Vegetable Bowl

This is an unknown piece--stamped USA on bottom. It is ivory with floral decorations. Its' lines are definitely 1920's - 30's art deco. But??? I bought it at an estate sale because it intrigued me. Let me know if you know who made it.
