It is a stated 2nd American Edition-1997, 3rd printing. and was published by DK Publishing, Inc.. In addition to stating that is beautifully illustrated by Gill Tomblin, it is also appropriate to mention that the illustrations pay particular attention to the technical accuracy of the dancers' positions and movements. There are five outstanding ballets described in this 64 page book. They are Sleeping Beauty, Giselle, Coppelia, Swan Lake and The Nutcracker.
