This is a rare vintage Bell & Howell 8mm Movie Film Projector Model 253 RV, Serial Number 78366. This B&H projector is completely functional and in great condition. It comes with working lamp bulb and reel. The Model 253 RV featured still, forward and reverse motion, framer, speed control and adjustable projection/unit height. The B&H stamp lists the product as 5 amps, 115 volts, 60 cycle and Design 253 RV. Through research, I found that the 253 RV was the top of the line projector when it was introduced. Many other 253 models (like the AX) do not offer reverse and the other bonus features this model has.
