Crownford Fine Bone China Cup and Saucer

This is a delicate translucent cup and saucer- pattern name unknown. It is fine English bone china made by the Crownford-Staffordshire Company. The beautiful pattern on this set is a gold gilded rose pattern on a white background with gold gilded trim as the bands of the cup and the saucer. The base of the cup and center of the saucer is a pale yellow in color. We believe that it was once a part of a set which had varying pastels, as we've seen pale blue and sage green as well! The base bears the "Crownford" hallmark crown and "Fine Bone China Made in England". Both are in excellent condition.
