This is a delightful book for all ages and is a First Edition. It describes in detail how to make a dollhouse family. Details include the Mom & Dad,their children, the new baby, Grandma & Grandpa, and of course the dog and the cat. The figures that you sew could live in your dollhouse, on a shelf, or in your pocket. The book,while used,is in very good condition. There are not any missing pages nor do any of the pages have any markings on them. The cover corners are slightly scuffed and there is not any dust cover.
