This wonderful children's story about an adventuresome hippopotamus was written and illustrated by Roger Duvoisin. Even though it has come to our attention that this story is being printed again after a very long time, the book we are offering is the 1962 Edition. Our copy was manufactured in the U.S.A. by American Book-Stratford Press Inc. and published by Alfred A. Knoff, Inc. It is a hard cover, no dust jacket, with only slight bumping to the edges.
