Illustrated by the author the 140 page text is filled with scientific reports of weather conditions, rock and land formations, ocean currents, and plant and animal life at the North and South Pole. It is volume #20 in the Allabout books collection and our copy is in Fine condition. The pictorial dust cover is Good+ with normal shelf wear an two 1 1/2" tears at the top of the rear cover.
