Copyright in 1980 by Price/Stern/Sloan Publishers, Inc. and printed by Grolier Enterprises Inc. is the only indicator of the age of this text. Nice story for 4th-5th grade children about a vulture (Snaffles) who befriends a rabbit that teaches him all the fine qualities of desert life. Very nicely illustrated by Robin James, our copy is used but in Very Fine condition. The only flaws are light bumping to the spine and front and rear cover corners.
