Lefton Happy Anniversary bell

Pretty hand painted white bell with clapper, with gold trim and Happy Anniversary in gold. Stamped inside with the number 1309; part of Lefton is missing as well as another word I cannot make out. Also a Lefton sticker with trade mark exclusives Japan. About 5 1/2 inches tall, in excellent condition, shipping weight one pound.
