1961-62 Collected Papers in Surgery from the Mayo Clinic and the Mayo Foundation, Volume 53, a two-volume boxed set. W. B. Saunders, Philadelphia, 1962.
The interiors of these two volumes are in beautiful condition - I don't believe anybody ever even opened them. The spines of both have some white spots on them, looks like paint or white-out maybe. (Same white spots on another book I have up right now.) The box is splitting apart but for the moment is in one piece.
