I obtain my inventory from a variety of sources, and have no way of telling if original owners were nicotine-addicted, cat-loving peanut eaters. U. S. Postal Money Orders and PayPal accepted. Sorry – no checks or bank money orders accepted. I ship on Mondays and Thursdays, and sometimes a third day if I have enough packages to go. Shipping cost listed is for USA. For Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO and foreign shipments please email for quote prior to bidding. The shipping on multiple purchases will be combined to the best advantage of the buyer. The shipping rate includes insurance and handling. Some notes on foreign shipments: (1) U.S. Postal Service allows insurance on Priority Mail but NOT on slower forms of mailing. If you opt for other than Priority, it is at your risk; (2) Be aware that on foreign shipments the insurance amount must match the amount claimed on the customs form; (3) Please be sure that the item you are ordering will make it through your country’s customs. All items are guaranteed to be as described or else are returnable for full refund including shipping. Notify me by email of a problem, and have your return package postmarked within three days of the date you received it (or longer if a Sunday or holiday is in that time frame). Return postage will be reimbursed in the same amount as the outgoing postage - no additional services will be reimbursed without prior agreement.
