Chinese American Artist. Very special print that captures a poignant time in Chinese American history. Charming Original Asian Styled Frame
Artist. Wylog Fong. A known artist and yet very we only found very limited information on the artist. Born in San Francisco, California around the turn of the century, studied art in Portland, Oregon. May ? have lived in Los Angeles, Ca. in his later years as a street artist.
Material. Paper Print - Carved Wood and Painted Frame.
Condition. Please see pictures. Good overall with scrapes to the paper and some "surface" losses to the paper, mainly the corners. The largest seems to be about 1/4". The paper is not completely flat and smooth, but not overtly raised and no noted tears. The old frame shows wear concurrent with age. No glass. Great candidate for a simple restoration without going overboard and loosing the "old" look. *We have set the price lower than the norm for this consideration.
