Perfect for Bridge! Beautifully painted California poppies by Fanci Florals Collection, Made in Japan. This 12 piece set of genuine porcelain china is in excellent (looks new) condition and would be great for entertaining. Plates measure 5 1/2" in diameter and footed cups are 4 7/8". If you are a collector of this vintage china then you know how hard it is to find a set of these coasters. This set is in good condition consistent with age...dated 1961. The coasters have some loss of gold trim and one has a few places around the top where the gold trim is missing; makes it appear to have flea bites but I really don't feel any actual chips. One of the prettiest china patterns I have ever seen! Top rim is dark blue, next there is a wide rim of embossed gold and then a smaller gold line...absolutely beautiful! Piece is approximately 8 1/2" from spout to handle. Bottom reads "AYNSLEY, Made in England, Fine English Bone China, Est. 1775" and has the pattern name in gold "Cobalt Royale".
