Chokin Art IRIS Octagon Powder Box Marked Japan 1987

In beautifully blended colors of burnt orange, golden yellow and fired on 22K gold, this box is elegant. A hummingbird in matching colors hovers over the iris. All flowers, leaves and the hummer are outlined in the gold. There is a gold border around the lid and lattice work outlined with gold on the side of the box. A lot of delicate, detailed work. Box measures 5 1/4" across and 2 1/4" high. Other than a small chip on inside rim of box, it is in good shape; all gold intact. Please send zip with inquiry and I will figure shipping.
