Unmarked Green Vase with Banjo, Made in USA, McCoy?

If this is not a real McCoy, it sure looks just like one. It has the dry-footed rim on the bottom with glaze in the middle. I can see a number 216 (?) and USA under the heavy glaze. The vase is in a very pretty satin green speckled glaze; the embossed edges of the banjo and flowers stand out lighter. It is in excellent condition with no chips or cracks. Measures 7" x 5 1/2".
