1950's STORK BINGO GAME for Baby Showers

Instead of spelling Bingo, the object of the game is to spell Stork by placing a bootee over the various phrases on the card as the Caller announces each one. Envelope mentions the game is not too complicated for the timid or self-conscious guest. Includes 20 STORK cards, bag of phrases and large bag of bootees. The envelope mentions an extra game called "Baby Spelling Bee" but I see no sign of it. The envelope is worn, has tears and has been stapled down one side but all printing is legible.
