SMURF SMURFETTE Wall Plaque " Follow Your Dreams"

This is probably a rare one! Wooden wall hanging of Smurfette "riding a rainbow" with saying of "follow your dreams wherever they lead". Dated Peyo 1981 SEPP WALLACE BERRIE & CO, INC, VAN NUYS, CA. Does have someone's signature and message in lower right hand corner and a little scrape in middle of plaque. Appears to be decoupage on wood. Has rope hanger in back. Measures 19 1/2" x 13 1/4". Unique collectible for Smurf collectors.
