The Fenton Art Glass Company produced this pretty Shiny Lime Green #5197 Happiness Bird between 1974 and 1978. Shiny Lime Green is simply Lime Sherbet that escaped being satinized. This pretty bird was definitely a Fenton Gift Shop item that was made sometime during the production years of the Lime Sherbet color. We do not know how many of these Shiny Lime Green birds were made, but we do know that we have never owned any until now. Our lovely #159 "Atterbury" Lion Covered Dish was made by the Imperial Glass Company. We are not trying to fool anyone. This Lion Dish was made was made from an Atterbury mold and that is what Imperial named the piece. The pretty warm Amber color is transparent at the bottom of the lid and over the entire bottom.
