Description / About: Quart Canister - 9 1/4" H. - 3 3/4" W
Hocking Green Kitchenware / Barware - (1930s) The Hocking Glass Company produced a complete line of transparent green kitchenware during the Depression Era. Their offering included pitchers, tumblers, a pretzel/cookie jar, reamers, decanters, canisters, a butter dish, measuring cups, leftovers, mugs, casters, and spice shakers. Canisters were made both ribbed and plain. The apple green color is striking and matches the green Depression Glass dinnerware patterns that were produced by Hocking during this time period.
