Sneath Jade / Jadite Clambroth Water Dispenser

The Sneath Glass Company which was located in Hartford City, Indiana produced this awesome water dispenser during the Depression Era. This wonderful example has NEVER BEEN USED!!! Both the glass parts and the metal pouring spout are in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips or cracks. They are free of disfiguring mold or production imperfections. The glass dispenser was ground under the crystal lid AT THE FACTORY. ALL OF THESE ARE GROUND IN THIS MANNER. There is some minor roughness -from the grinding. This is the way it was sold and is not damage that someone tried to repair. Please be aware of this. THE RUBBER GASKET HAS HARDENED AND BROKEN WITH AGE. NO BIG DEAL! If you want this dispenser to be in working order all you have to do is replace the old gasket with a new garden hose washer available at any local hardware store. Since this piece was not used the original Sneath Factory instructions were still down inside of inside of this piece. There are a couple of small dark spots of color in the glass--- always found with the Sneath dispensers. The paper pictured will be included with this dispenser. This is a beautiful, hard to find piece of Depression Era Glass and would make an awesome addition to your kitchen glass collection.
