Striking Persian Blue Fenton Orange Tree Shaving Mug

We have for sale a sensational Persian Blue Orange Tree Mug. This pretty mug was an early 1900's piece made by the Fenton Art Glass Company. Persian Blue is a lighter color than Pekin Blue, but it does remind you of the later color. The white areas you see are areas where white paint was applied. Many of the early pieces in this color had this painted application at one time, but it does wear off. This is one of the nicest examples (even with the wear you see in our photo) of the paint I have ever seen on this style mug. The glass part of this pretty mug is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips or cracks. It is free of disfiguring mold or production imperfections. The color of this mug is out-standing.The painted decoration is slightly worn. If you do not like the paint it can be removed. I prefer to leave my antiques and collectibles as they were made, but that is a personal preference.
