We are pleased to offer for sale a fantastic Depression Glass Kitchen Syrup. The Standard Glass Company made this lovely syrup. Standard was a subsidiary of The Hocking Glass Company which is why so many of the things they made have the same general mold shape as some of Hocking's glassware. Our pretty syrup has a wheel cut pattern on it. The pattern is Standard's etching #810. It was named "Hoffman" by Hazel Marie Weatherman who was one of the early researchers of Depression Era glassware. There were many accessory pieces made bearing this cutting. The glass part of our lovely syrup pitcher is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips or cracks. It is free of disfiguring mold or production imperfections. There are no repairs. The metal chrome plated lid has some wear from age and use. It is in good shape but has some minor rust problems (much nicer than the picture leads you to believe). This is a fantastic hard to find syrup for a collector of pink kitchen items. Please feel free to contact us via E-mail if you have questions about this fantastic piece before making your purchase.
