Westmoreland WMG Dog Covered Box -

We are offering for sale an adorable scarce Westmoreland Dog on Vertical Ribbed Base Covered Jar / Box. This style box was made early in the 1900's and originally was sold as a mustard holder. This dog was not produced again in milk during the 1950's like so many of the other Westmoreland covered animal boxes. Our darling puppy would look great on a dresser or as a candy box in a living or great room. This puppy box is in UNDAMAGED CONDITION without chips or cracks. It is free of disfiguring mold or production imperfections. While many Westmoreland boxes have been reproduced the dog has not been remade. He is original and just beautiful. This jar does not bear the Westmoreland mark. The bottom has a #3 embossed in the inside and the lid is marked with a #2. Thanks for checking out our listings.
