1924 Burgess Seed and Plant Co. catalog and mailer

Unbelievable Burgess seed catalog and the cover it was mailed in. The cover carries a offer for the company to start you on a business in raising Kudzu and they will buy back plants from you. There are several pages inside about the offer. I bet this would be wildly hysterical and painful to a southerner. What were they thinking? Outside of catalog is in good shape except for the cover is slit up and down to the top and bottom staples, also top right pages have been dog-eared a fairly easy fix. Only two color pages front and back. All pages in VGC except for the ones effected by the dog earedness in the upper right hand corner. I saw a very few pencil x's next to plants, I guess it was someones wish list.The mailer cover is in great shape has the address written on it and a 1cent paid bulk mail stamp from Galesburg Mich. A little crimping on the corners but remember this has been around since 1924. There is a little under a half inch tear in the edge of the flap of the kudzu ad and a little tear in the center of the fold not even a quarter inch, but I mention it, because I want you to be aware of it.
