An approximately 8" early sterling buckwheat turner with oval thread handle and elaborate floral engraved blade. Excellent condition with only a very slightly flattened end of the blade. Engraved B.G. on the back of the handle. Marked with 925 in an oval and Crosby & Morse for the 1860s Boston partnership of Samuel Crosby and Henry Morse.
A 5 7/8" sterling teaspoon in the c. 1860s Osiris pattern by New York City maker John Wendt. Excellent condition with Lizzie engraved in the oval on the front of the spoon. Marked STERLING and by Chicago retailer A.H. Miller.
