Downturned fiddle handles, flared shoulders, drop on bowl back, reverse tipt; feathered script mono A T L on front. Length is 6-1/8". Weight is 1-1/2 Troy oz. Condition is very good.
In mint condition -- pointed-end handle, pointed arch drop, brightcut "chain" descending half-way down handle, feathered script mono F R in cartouche on front. Length is 5-1/16". Extended bowl tip unworn. Leacock initial mark I L in large oval.
Description: downturned fiddle handle, no shoulders, drop, reverse tipt, feathered script mono C T L in brightcut and roulette cartouche. Length is 9-1/4". There is some rounding of the bowl tip, but otherwise this spoon is fine.
Deep front rib, c1765 - possibly unique double-tongue drop (see pic); shaded block mono G over I * S on reverse; 8-1/8" in length. Very slight tipwear, otherwise condition is excellent.
Prominent front rib, drop on bowl back, shaded block mono ML over W * M over H * K on reverse; 4-1/2" in length. Mark B L in tiny square (1 mm. x 1 mm.). Condition is excellent throughout.
Oval-end handle, featheredging extending length of handle; webbed shell drop (see pic), short reverse rib, block mono R * A on front; 4-3/8" long. Condition is excellent, shell drop still crisp, mark clear.
Hinckley worked in Barnstable. This piece has a pointed-end handle with a 9-lobe shell drop and with brightcutting half way down the handle. Mono is block A * B in a cartouche on the front. Length is 5-3/8". Condition is fine.
