Brightcut teaspoon by William Ball, Phila, c1790

Oval-end handle, slashed drop on bowl back, reverse tipt, feathered mono A D in cartouche on front; 5-1/4" long. Condition is excellent. Brightcutting and roulette work extend length of handle, centered by brightcut daisy blossom with descending bellflowers.
