This doll is from the 1920's era. Toddler dolls made by the Simon and Halbig Company of Germany. Jointed/bisque was their structure.

My paintings are not perfect, however, I do my best. This one I used acrylics on pine wood from our wood shop. The wood has a grainy texture which enhances the painting. I used an antique matte finish as well as a sealant. Dated and signed by me.
These dolls are from 1907. Toddler dolls made by the S.F.B.J. Company, "French Bebes" - jointed/bisque was their structure. The boy doll on the right has his name on his shirt "BERT".

I will be doing a series of older dolls and character paintings.
My paintings are not perfect, however, I do my best. This one I used acrylics on pine wood (wood purchased) with feet. The wood has a grainy texture which enhances the painting. This one is a doll from the 1950's era. She is wearing her coat/hat and carrying her muff - popular for this period. The background wraps around the sides.

From the 1960's era very nice linen prints. Frame has very minor marks.
