This plaque is painted ivory; Hallmark plaque dated 1980, with comic decal entitled:
"You're only young once...but if you work it right, once is enought! turtle with balloons.
Brass ring on top and hole in middle back for hanging. Hallmark emblem on front and gold foil signature on back.
Good condition; minor marks which can be seen in pic. and can be touched up with paint. Discount if purchased with another plaque.
