This is an original Topsy doll made of rubber; moveable head and arms only. Painted face, socks and shoes. Double Braided rooted hair. On the middle part of her back is marked "JAPAN" . She is wearing a red and white crocheted dress; don't think this was original dress. 5" tall.
Condition: Very good.

This is Dionne (Yvonne Edouilda Marie Dionne died June 23, 2001 of cancer). In 1934, Madame Alexander received permission to make authorized Dionne Quintuplet dolls. (Info from Madame Alexander Message Board). Best guess would be from the 1930's. She is wearing original dress with tag as seen in pic; composition.

This collectible miniature is only 1 3/4" in size. Made in Germany probably around the 1930-40's. All bisque with move able arms and legs; head does not move. She is wearing a hand crocheted dress. Some paint wear expected for the age. The dress is also in need of cleaning as is the entire doll. I'll leave it to the professionals to clean and repair her (painting). Pretty good condition considering the age.
