This is a reproduction of a an old ad in the form of a tin sign that reads "Thelma the Queen of Perfumes and has a picture pretty possibly Victorian lady in a big floppy black hat. In small print under the picture it says "1974 Sanford J. Heilner Inc. Made in USA". It measures 19 1/4 inches long and 7 1/8" tall. It has a little bit of rusting not much and as you can see in the pictures there is a dent on the edge which may be able to be straightened out. It isn't very bad ...click for details

To the best of many hours of researching this is what I found on this charm bracelet:
Germany split into East and West after WWII. The time period for this bracelet probably would be 1940-70's. Bottom of one charms is clearly marked "make in Western German" as shown in last photo.

HERSHEY'S, which it first registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office in 1906.
12" diameter. Very small dent and minor marks. Photos are very accurate.
This tin dates back somewhere between 1906 and 1921 when the name changed to "Hershey chocolate Corp".
I got this from an Estate in Hershey, 4 miles from my home.
Condition: Good Antique and very rare
