To the best of many hours of researching this is what I found on this charm bracelet:
Germany split into East and West after WWII. The time period for this bracelet probably would be 1940-70's. Bottom of one charms is clearly marked "make in Western German" as shown in last photo.
This Eloxal (aluminum) jewelry is rose gold. Lightweight bulky look pieces which allow the wearer great comfort then a traditional metal. For this reason you will find most chain or link work on West Germany jewelry is made of Eloxal. It is also seen in much of their filigree and openwork as well as in their Marcasite look pieces. Eloxal is short for electrolytic oxidation of aluminum, which is a non-tarnish aluminum
Eloxal is a malleable (flexible, bendable, moldable) metal, you may find some pieces bent or broken. One charm as minor dent on bottom. One charm is filigree or openwork design.
