Art Deco era chrome table lighter that is done in the shape of a ships wheel.
It is in very nice condition with only minor wear and the chrome is bright
and shiny. I did not find any damage. If you turn the wheel, it pops up the
top part and causes the action opening the striker. It currently does not light
as I do not believe there is fluid in it. This can be added through the bottom
