If you are uncertain about anything we have described in our listing, please email us and we will attempt to answer all requests within 24 hours. We have not 'doctored' our photos in any way and attempt to show any and all flaws in our enlargements. The item you receive should not vary from what you see. All prices quoted are in U.S. funds. Although we recognize the value of International customers, shipping charges are significantly higher than those to the U.S. and Canada so please email us for a quote and method of payment accepted.

We pack all our items carefully and send them first class mail in a padded envelope or small box throughout North America. If you require your items quicker, please contact us for pricing.

We are disappointed when you are disappointed. Returns are, therefore, accepted under the following conditions: An email request must be sent the day the item arrives indicating the reason you wish to return the item. Buyer's remorse will incur a 25% restocking fee. Should the item not be as represented in our photos, a refund for the item (shipping costs are non-refundable) will be provided only if the item is returned to us postmarked within 48 hours of the return authorization email. Should the item not be postmarked within the 48 hours, no refund will be provided. If the item is found to be damaged or in any way altered from the photo we take at the time of shipment, no refund will be provided. Items that are shipped with an inventory tag must have the tag still affixed in its original condition on the piece for a refund. Unfortunately, due to unscrupulous buyers, we have been forced to implement this inventory control and carefully monitor all returns.
