Boucher Brooch Pin with Fuchsia Rhinestones

Could this elegant brooch really be from 1954? It is in like-new condition but the inventory number, 5945, clearly indicates the year it was manufactured (also marked c Boucher). A great daytime pin with a hint of glitter comes from six fuschia rhinestones and four glittering clear rounds. The five stones per "wing" vary in size which adds to the dimensionality of the brooch. The goldtone has a rope design and shows no wear on the front or the back. The piece measures 2 1/8" x 1 1/8".
