Crown Trifari Rhinestone Choker Necklace

Signed Crown Trifari Des Pat Pend on the hidden clasp, this Alfred Philippe choker is from 1947/48. We located the patent (150456) which was filed November 1947 and issued in August 1948. As this is signed as a Patent Pending, it would have been produced between these dates. Weighing 91 grams (3.2 oz) and measuring 14 1/4" x 5/8" in width, this is a quality necklace in every way. The goldtone shows minimal wear (only on some high points of the ridge design) which does not detract whatsoever. All rhinestones are clear and bright and we believe original. This pre 1950 choker is sure to impress.
