Sherman Parure Brooch Necklace and Dangle Earrings

Sherman is the most collectible name for Canadians when it comes to costume jewelry. This set offers brilliant clear rhinestones and the perfect amount of glitter for the upcoming wedding season. The necklace, brooch and one earring are signed Sherman and are complete with silver rhodium plating that is in excellent condition. The drop earrings are 1 1/2" and have tight clips. Only one earring is signed, which is unusual for Sherman, but they are identical cuts, quality and fittings, as shown in our photos. The necklace will fit 14" - 16 1/2" and is a delicate teardrop pattern which completely encircles the neck. The stones are in excellent condition and the styling is perfect for a bride. The brooch would make an excellent hair adornment as it measures 1 3/8" x 1 1/6". The stones in the brooch are in very good condition having only some minor tip chips (likely occuring when they were placed into the setting) and some minor dark spotting on the bottom facets when viewed with a 10x loupe. As you can see in the close-up photo (which is almost 3x enlarged), none of these flaws are visible to the naked eye. We have discounted this set to reflect the brooch's less than perfect condition. The necklace crystals are near-mint and those in the earrings are in excellent condition as well. This set is priced well below book value for equivalent Sherman pieces.
