1960 National Association of Postmasters Plate

Offered today is a rare opportunity to buy a 1960 National Association Of Postmasters U. S. 15th Annual Convention plate. The back has a poem titled "The Barefoot Mailman" 1887 with poem. Decorated by Baker China Shop Miami, Fla. Design on front is exceptional. Minor wear to gold trim. Back poem has areas of missing gold, but I believe it is still readable.
