Signed Fragonard Brooch and Matching Earrings Set

Offered for you pleasure is a set consisting of a signed Fragonard (Pierre) Courting Couple brooch and matching screw back earring. Gold setting has no marks so nature of material is unknown. No breakage such as chips, cracks or repairs. They are vintage from the 1950's. Brooch measures 1 5/8" long by 1 1/4" wide. Earrings are 5/8" long by a tad more than 1/2" wide. Settings are strong. No bends or breaks. The is possibly a replacement. I am not familiar with jewelry. Really out of my area of expertise. Pictures should answer your questions. Many thanks.
