England Cat String Scissor Holder

This rare,hand painted,cat string holer measures 5 3/4" high and 6 1/2" across including the scissors. Vintage unknown. The condiiton is pristine with no cracks, chips, nips, dings, repairs, no repainting or other damage(s). Scissors came with it when I purchased it so will remain. Shipping weight will be about 4 lbs.
