This wonderful little amber glass child's mug is from the Victorian era. It has a three part mold and features a wise old owl and two birds that look like larks. It has a bead like handle and has a small repair along the outer rim, hence the price. This is a wonderful piece of history that should be added to any collection of children's things. ~Enjoy!
This is a wonderful find. Featured is a wonderful child's ladle. It is glazed except for the sides of the bowl area, done on manufacturing,it measures about 5 1/2 in. There are molded lines in the handle of the ladle. This piece is probably from the late 1800's to the early 1900's. It is in excellent condition. ~Enjoy!
This cute little mug is from a vintage child's set. It features pictures and verses from two well known nursery rhymes. One side of the mug has Old Mother Hubbard and the other has The Cow that Jumped over the Moon. It is in wonderful condition and measures 2 1/4 in. high and 2 3/4 in. in diam. It is remarkable to find so many pieces of a childs set that is this old at one time, but here you have it. This set of antique Little Mea with pets includes: 6 berry bowls, 4 little mugs, and 1 bread and butter plate. These were produced by Charles Allerton & Sons in Staffordshire England in or around 1880. The pattern # is 780 and the registration # is 106741. The set is marked Staffordshire England on the back. This darling little child's cup is by Kirk Stieff and is in the pattern Williamsburg. It stands 2 1/4 in. tall and is 2 1/4 in. in diameter. It has a few minor scratches which could be buffed out. It would make a sweet little gift. Enjoy!
This very sweet little plate measures 5 1/4 in. in diameter and has a raised floral pattern around the border. It is in great condition, it has some crazing on the backside and is unmarked, but it has all the characteristics of old Staffordshire, and dates from the late 1800's. Isn't these just adorable. Set of cookie cutters for little hands. One is a dog and the other a cat, small handles for grasping. They are in very good condition, and are part of our ~Merry Menagerie~
